Use photos as a starting point, then read the introduction and contact label. Short AI portrait previews are generated, not live video.
Use the language field when it is supplied
Profile languages are useful starting points for choosing a conversation. Read the recorded language information and introduction, then ask whether the account is comfortable chatting in your preferred language.
A language listed in a profile does not guarantee a reply, a particular fluency level or availability at the time you write. Missing language details should remain a question rather than a guess.
Country and language answer different questions
A country field is not a language test. Someone may speak several languages, and a listed country does not establish a current location or timezone. Avoid treating a flag, name or photograph as a substitute for supplied language information.
The directory interface is English. Country categories and recorded languages help organize the catalog; they do not turn it into a local dating service or guarantee nearby people.
Check contact eligibility as well as language
When your goal is a conversation, start with the verified Telegram pool and use the search filters to narrow it. The wider catalog includes unverified imported records and generated placeholders. Matching your language interest does not make those records verified.
Open a current profile, read its label and ask a short question in the language you want to use. If that language is not available, respect the answer rather than assuming a translation tool changes someone’s boundaries.
Choose your next step
Start with a current profile and read its contact label. Browsing is free; each account sets its own conversation terms.
